Brad Ballentine

Vice President of Customer Service

Brad leads the Customer Service organization responsible for maintenance, channels & partners, cloud based services and other managed services. In this role he interfaces with multiple organizations and business units to insure that Customer and partner needs are being exceeded with the services and support offered by IDSolutions. He built the IDS service delivery system around the key principles of placing engineers facing forward to directly take a Customer’s call, building expertise through training & education and focusing on first call resolution to drive customer satisfaction. Brad has been with IDSolutions for fourteen years and brings a total of 37 years of domestic and international industry experience in sales, product management, information systems, network operations and managed services. This experience extended into numerous divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, structural reorganizations and partnerships during his career.

Brad’s service delivery experience includes Eli Lilly and Company, IBM, Jones Lang LaSalle, Lincoln National, Monsanto and McDonald-Douglas. Prior to working for IDSolutions, Brad spent 23 years with the Bell System, Ameritech, Ameritech International, Magyarcom (privatization joint venture with Deutsche Telekom) (HU), Matav (HU) and SBC. Brad holds an AB in Economics with minor in Mathematics and area of concentration in Business from Wabash College. Additional education from Antioch University, University of London, BSCTE, Cambridge Institute for Information Systems and North Dakota State University.

Brad is avid outdoorsman, traveler and gardener. He is active with the Pendleton Community Garden providing fresh, organic produce to local food banks; he was a founder and first president of the South Madison Community Foundation; supporter of USA Swimming as both an official and serving on national event committees; he currently participates in competitive shooting sports and is a certified NRA firearms instructor.
