Nicholas joined the IDSolutions family in 2017 and is responsible for new product development, marketing, and product management.
Before joining IDSolutions, Nicholas worked for Interactive Intelligence where he learned first hand the true value and scale of cloud-based communications. He now frequently advocates for innovation, exponential thinking, disruptive strategies, and pushing the technology envelope. Nicholas is a data-driven product manager and student of the Pragmatic Marketing method. He is also a certified scrummaster and proponent of agile principles.
Nicholas obtained a degree from Ball State University (Muncie, IN) with studies in both Computer Science and Applied Physics. He has continued his career with multiple certifications and has been grateful to receive a number of professional accolades along the way; however, would much rather brag about the latest news with his children.
